Happy 4th of July to all! For most of us, this holiday includes a long weekend filled with hot summer sun and a nice cool body of water to enjoy. What better way to celebrate our independence?

Unfortunately, holiday weekends are also a great way to get off track with your #SummerBod plans, so we thought we’d find some ways to stay on the muscle while still enjoying the holiday and all of its corresponding indulgences.
