It’s Wednesday, and do you know what that means? It’s time for this week’s workout video of the week! This week we have a 15-minute fat burning HIIT workout by The Body Coach with no equipment needed. That’s right, only 15 minutes out of your day for a full body burn, no gym needed.

For those of you that aren’t familiar with HIIT training, HIIT uses an interval system of “work really hard, then recover”. The intervals alternate between high intensity workouts and brief periods of rest. In fact, studies have shown that 15 minutes of high intensity interval training burns more calories than jogging on a treadmill for an hour.
