This week’s workout video of the week comes to you from Sean Vigue Fitness and focuses on the one thing we all hate training but know is important: core.

Whether you’re an equestrian or not, core strength is important. Core exercises strengthen the muscles in your pelvis, lower back, hips and abdomen which in turn lead to better balance and stability. Two things that come in handy when riding a horse. Strengthening your core can also help prevent lower back pain and injury, also handy when you’re an equestrian because we all know the back pain struggle.

The workout in this video takes just 20 minutes out of your day and puts you one step closer to that perfect sitting trot.
