Ah Fitness Blender, how we love thee. Since we can’t all have a Kardashian style home gym, this video is a fantastic guide for an at home lower body workout with no equipment needed.

This workout targets glutes, thighs, calves and core which is perfect for equestrians and advanced and low impact modifications are included in the video so it can be adapted to fit all individual needs.

You can choose to add dumbbells to up the difficulty, but even without weights this workout is great for leg day.
