Some days you’re just too busy to grab a healthy meal when there are horses to ride, work to do, classes to attend and friends to cheer on. Smoothies offer a quick way to get the nutrition you need in a delicious and creamy snack.

#TuesdayJuiceday - Carrot Cake Protein Smoothie with

Carrot Cake Smoothie


1/2 cup carrot juice

1 frozen banana

1/2 cup vanilla almond milk

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

dash of cinnamon

handful of ice

Add all ingredients to a blender (liquid first) and blend well. The more ice you add, the thicker the shake will be!
