Tuesday #juiceday – Chocolate Mocha Smoothie

We know that horse shows and coffee drinks tend to go together. Early mornings and long days mean that we frequently need a pick me up to get the day going or last through the afternoon. Instead of running through the nearest coffee drive thru, opt for this low calorie treat that packs energy stabilizing protein along with your morning coffee. 

Tuesday #Juiceday: Replace your Starbucks with a chocolate mocha smoothie on


1 scoop chocolate protein powder

1/2 cup milk of choice (dairy, almond, coconut)

1/2 tsp instant espresso

1 tsp unsweetened dark cocoa powder

1 tsp chocolate sugar-free, fat-free pudding powder mix

ice, to taste (the more ice, the thicker it will be)


Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth. If you would like, top with a drizzle of chocolate syrup and whipped cream!
